If you are in the deciding stage of this program...this book helped me get to the next level of the HCG program. The clinics office gave me a one page food list and I was struggling. After this book, I can EAT and am loosing weight (30 lbs in 42 days) and Im not frustrated with the program anymore. The book had alot more information that the clinic would not give. This book is a lifesaver. My husband and i are on the hcg protocal and he is nearing p3, and asking if he could have different foods and such, and i had no idea. This book has a complete list of foods, has each phase (p2, p3 first 3 weeks and second 3 weeks) and which foods are good/bad for these phases and which you should use cation.Book Review: Fabulous
