Book Review: A must have book for the hCG dieter

When I first discovered Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You To Know About" almost 2 years ago, I decided to check out the reviews before purchasing. Someone posted that hCG was illegal to obtain in the US, you had to fly to Europe to get the injections and it would cost you something like $10,000. Well, none of that was doable for me, so I didn't even buy the book.
Months later, I discovered a clinic doing hCG based on Trudeau's book, but it was VERY expensive. So, I decided to start researching on my own and found that the information was overwhelming and very confusing, but I also discovered that those who posted were wrong, wrong, wrong and I wasted a whole year thinking the hCG protocol was too expensive, illegal, and beyond my capability because I believed what other people had said about it.
If you are considering doing the hCG diet/protocol (which is fantastic by the way), do yourself a favor and buy this book. The author has done exhaustive research so you don't have to. She lists books and websites for more information and gives you a checklist of what steps you'll need to take to start the protocol. Trust me, it's exasperating to start this and then realize you don't have everything you need. This book takes out all the guesswork and gives clear-cut instructions on how to mix, where to order, what to eat, recipes, how to troubleshoot when necessary, etc., which is invaluable because while the hCG diet is fabulous, it can be unbelievably confusing. And be sure and read the book with highlighter in hand because you'll want to mark passages that you'll refer back to over and over.
