Book Review: Dime is King

I love this book, best i ever read. covers a great amount of info and Dime is hilarious, quoted throughout the book, which is written mostly of his words. Only downside is the book doesnt cover enough songs and solos (but how could it?? there would have to be over 50 songs and 500 pages!!) dime is the greatest guitar player the world has ever seen, as indicated by his unique playing style, formidable stage presence, and generous, warm personality. he tried his best to make his fans feel like rockstars, and its the coolest thing ive ever seen. the book is very informative and fun to read, i recommend it to all guitar players.
now to the idiot who claims hes better than dime after 4 months of playing, I would like to make a few points
1. NO ONE could possibly be better than Dime after 4 months
2. Insulting the riffs and playing style of Dime and Pantera just shows your jelousy towards a great guitar playerand band, which is really pathetic.
3.Dimebag is no hype. MTV bands are hyped. Now i know you dont know this because you are an ignorant moron, but Pantera couldnt get signed to a record label because they were too heavy. whatd they do? they got heavier, on EVERY CD. they got signed because they were awesome and people loved their music.
4. SOME of Dimes riffs ARE simple, but they are so heavy and effective it makes the music sound great (take walk or dallas stars fight song for example). if you want speed riffs and difficulty, pantera has tons of it ur just too stupid to know (the art of shredding). also Dimebags solos are KILLER and ive heard most everything out there (listen to floods, cemetery gates, revolution is my name, death trap, avoid the light, psycho holiday, i could go on and on....)
5. i think you got frustrated trying to play the material and got mad and wrote this. or you probably played a bunch of garbled sloppy crap and thought you had the songs down.
6. any selfrespecting musician would have the common courtesy to NOT insult a great man who is unfortunately now not with us. to do so proves how horrible a person you must be.
7. Dime deserves a book because he was dedicated to his fans and helping his fellow guitarists (more than any musician ive seen) you however, deserve to have a toilet drain to your grave. (and if your face were attached to that review there would be one)
8. if you didnt like pantera i wouldnt care. it would be your opinion and i would respect it. but to insult everyones opinion like this is an outrage. i come from texas where people like you are treated with shotguns. dont make your way down here.
