I have not done alot of meditation, but trying it more as yoga as started to relax me and set some groundwork for meditation.
This CD is a real nice way to start or further you meditation (I am not advanced and really a beginner, so I am looking at it from that point of view.)
The instructions and guidance are clear and I find myself enjoying focusing on mediatation and try to do this one at least once or twice a week.
