I absolutely love this book. I read it to my 4 month old every night before bed. Of course the story is more for me at this point, but I know it is still important to read to him, and a great story for him to hear. This book shows how much a parent loves their child - and gets their child to use their imagination to describe how much the child loves them. I know some think it creates competition - I never saw that in the book - and I always think it is great for a child to know how much he is loved.Book Review: Love you!

This is a wonderful book that helps to reassure little ones of their parents or guardians love. My children just love it. I find that at times when there is difficulty in our relationship or esp. when they have been dissappointed by their absent parent, this little story reaffirms that they are loved. We all need to be reminded that we are worthy of being loved and Guess How Much I Love You is an excellent way of expressing this to children. I read this book to my baby, who is yet to be born, and my husband reads to her as well. The response we get from reading to her is overwhelming and the fact that the book has more meaning than simple nursery rhymes makes it all the better. We will read this book to her for many years to come. It is adorable and I don't feel any "competition" between father and son (or mother or daughter). It is about eachother wanting to show how deep their love for eachother goes. Simple as that.Book Review: A Perfect Valentine for Your Children!

I purchased this book on the recommendation of Amazon.com's Valentine list last year. It has since become a family favorite! It illuminates the love of a father for his child in a sweet and comforting way.The Little Nutbrown Hare is determined to show his father, Big Nutbrown Hare, just how much he loves him. In the course of this, he finds out just how much his Poppa loves HIM, as well!
This book is a perfect bedtime story, and a must for all loving families everywhere!!
Book Review: Wow!

I've seen this book compared to Goodnight Moon many times and it's certainly a worthy comparison. These are two books that my son positively loves and asks to hear over and over. They are both wonderfully illustrated and have incredible power to settle down a child for bed time. The best tribute to this book is a simple statement by my four year old son who is autistic and just now starting to use complete sentences: "Mom... I love you to the moon!"
