Book Review: Gordon delivers! Summary: 5 Stars
Gordon keeps it fresh, easy and so good! Be sure to try the scrambled eggs, lobster with pasta, and chocolate melt desert. My local Trader Joes stocks the creme fraiche which is is a "must have" in some recipes. Great for beginners and regular cooks. He is a master at combining ingredients I would not have thought to.
Book Review: makes it easy Summary: 5 Stars
Gordon Ramsay's definition of 'easy' and my definition of 'easy' are different. I'm not a career cook or chef. I would not say the recipes are difficult either, but the results so far have been great, absolutely great. The Chocolate Fondant recipe(center bottom picture on front cover) alone is worth getting the book for.
Book Review: Easy Recipes Summary: 5 Stars
This is my favorite cookbook. These recipes are esaier than the ones in "cooking for dummies" book that I have. The broccolli goat cheese soup in my favorite. The best thing about this cookbook, is that you can add or take away some of the ingrediants in his recipes to make it your own and it still taste good.
Book Review: The Master of Cooking Summary: 5 Stars
We all look forward to Gordon Ramsay's programs so what better connection can you have except to purchase his cookbook. You get terrific tips and excellent recipes. It's like having Gordon Ramsay visit you daily during meal time. So glad I purchased this book.
