If you like Gordon Ramsay (or even if you don't know who he is) but think his recipes are too hard for a normal household cook, this book is for you! He takes some really simple dishes and makes them look like something prepared in a 3 Michelin Star restaurant. He has pictures to show how the dishes should look for presentation purposes and he's very succinct and to the point. He also takes more elegant recipes and makes them so it's food that we can do at home. Well worth the purchase!!Book Review: Great Cookbook

I am very pleased with the purchase of the Gorden Ramsay makes it easy cookbook. I have tried some recipes and they all turned out great. A lot of the recipes require fresh seafood which is a hard thing to find in the small town I live in and I live 6 hours away from the ocean so I am forced to buy frozen. (I can see Ramsay frowning right now...lol)
Overall I think its a great cookbook! It's nice to try something new.

Let me start by saying that I adore Mr. Ramsay. Anyone who excels and has that much passion for his "calling" is to be respected and admired. The cookbook couldnt be easier to follow. The DVD that is included is especially appreciated. I was reluctant to purchase this cookbook because I thought that someone of Mr. Ramsays stature -his recipes would be very difficult. I'm Italian, I love to cook.... I also love cook book, I have lots of them, but I usually don't find any recipe that attract me. Well, this is different.... First at all it will inspir you, you want to cook after looking at his book. I found a lot od recipe that I know I'll try from this book. So far I only tried the pizza. I love this book. The recipes are great. They are fast and easy. Cooking for my family can be frustrating they are very picky and trying new recipes can be difficult. My first recipe was the vegetable soup. I did substitute white beans for the lima beans. The taste was fantastic. My family loved it. Wow, they liked the vegetables.I highly recommend this book.
