Book Review: The Book You'll Be Using Over And Over !!!!

This book is just extraordinary. It has all what you've been looking for.
It begins with an illustrated guide which shows you all the equipment you'll need in your kitchen.
The book includes the following:
1. Appetizers: such as guacamole, steak bites, spanakopitas and so many home-made dips and other stuff.
2. Soups: including all the classics we love such as french onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, shrimp bisque, minestrone and chowder.
3. Main Dishes: mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, paella, crab cakes, roast turkey with gravy, Stuffed chicken, fried chicken, chicken cacciatore, coq au vin, chicken pot pie, roast beef with yorkshire, beef stew, staek and kidney pie, beef bourguignon, chateaubriand, prok chops, glazed ham, lamb kabobs.
4. Accompaniments: a variety of salads from classic to new plus rice dishes and potaos favourites (roast, mashed, fried. hash, gratin)
5. Baking and Desserts: breads, doughnuts, pie and tart crusts, apple pie, blueberry pie, scones, muffins, cheesecakes, eclairs, crepes, creme caramel, meringues, baked alaska and so many cookies and other desserts and bakes.
The book also includes a wide variety of sandwiches and food for kids such as different kinds of eggs, pizza, burgers, candy and ice cream.
There is a gallery at the beginig of the book that includes pictures for all recipes in the book and almost all recipes in the book are step by step illustrated with drawings.
You'll never belive that this is a 30 year old book, it really incudes all what you need and more.
I bought a used one at better world books and it was great in both price and condition.
In short, it is a must have.
