My test for gluten-free books:
I make two recipes from books I borrow from the library. If both turn out well, I buy the book.
My first recipe turned out so well that I forced myself to make something else, since I didn't want to only buy a book for one delicious, amazing recipe. If you follow her directions, you will turn out delicious gluten-free foods.
Of course, she requires the usual selection of GF flours, and I ended up having to buy guar gum so I could make graham crackers. I'm looking forward to making her savory pesto cheesecake for my next Mom's Night In with friends.
My kids won't be left out at school or during play dates because of Rebecca's recipes.
