Book Review: very clear and helpful
Summary: 4 Stars
this book was an excellent study guide to use alongside my casebook and notes for studying. the only problem with Gilbert's, as always, is its length and bulkiness. and the section on holographic wills could be a little more thorough. but other than that, it was extremely helpful, especially on intestacy issues and distribution problems.
