I was a little disappointed to see just two disc in the case when there were 8 for the book. The second disc is all music. This book pulls out one of the most important points from his book "A New Earth " which is "Staying in the Now". I listen to the music CD on the train or just before I got to bed to help me relax. This CD has some techniques discussed by Tolle to perceive inner space. They require some repeated practice for those not familiar with meditation, but seem to work fine. The music is a minor distraction.Book Review: eckhart

I was interested in listening to Eckhart Tolle speak and this was advertised as a 2 CD set. However, while Mr. Tolle's voice was strong, fascinating and convincing...he lectures on only one of the CDs and the second CD is only the music used in the interlude between "chapters" of his lectures on the first CD. So it was more music than education and I was disappointed.
The only plus is that now that I am reading his books....I can still recall what his voice would sound like as I read his words.
