Customer Review: Make sure you are in the right frame of mind for this one!

After listening to "Practicing Power of Now" I thought I was ready to move up to this set. I was wrong!!! This set is VERY heavy in concepts, and the first 4 discs are a lot about history and theory, and not a lot about actions and putting it into practice in your life. You definitely have to be patient, and be willing to devote your entire attention to this. It's not one you can listen to in the car while you are driving.
