My son LOVES this tape! He listens to it every night, and can recite all the information about Galileo, Brahe, Archimedes, etc. In fact, I am now going to buy more of Mr. Weiss' tapes, just so we can have a little variety! Mr. Weiss has a way of entrancing young listeners -- so they are learning while they are being entertained. I highly recommend this!!Book Review: For the budding scientist . . .

Jim Weiss is an extraordinary storyteller who brings to life the process of scientific inquiry and discovery. My six year old son was so entranced by these stories of Archimedes, Brahe, Kepler, and Galileo he asked if he could go back out to the car to listen to the tape again. I'm not sure how we got this. My 9 year old handed it to me in the car, and we listened to it for days. My 7 year old asks for it, too. I found myself smiling the whole time it was on. My husband was taken in, too. It's just excellent, entertaining, and really good information. I recommend it highly.Book Review: Family fun

I purchased several of the Whitehall/Jim Weiss CDs for a long car trip for our family vacation, and we really enjoyed them all. Listening fun for our whole family...from 5 years old to 47!
