I work at Canyon Rim Physical Therapy, in Salt Lake City, UT where they specialize in treating headaches, neck pain, and jaw disorders. The PT's there have over 50 years of experience and see patients from surrounding states and have tried many CD's, but this is a favorite. Most patients find these CD's help them learn to relax their face and jaw. Patients often listen to the CD before going to bed, and they report that it even helps when they fall asleep listening, as they wake with less pain and discomfort.
