Book Review: Finally a cookbook with good and easy recipes!!!

Normally I do not bother to buy cookbooks because it seems that I'll spend $20 on a cookbook only to find that there are only 2-3 recipes in there that I would actually take the time to make and that my kids would eat. This is not the case with this cookbook however. I went through and was able to dog ear about 20-25 recipes that I have the time to make and that my kids and picky husband will eat. I haven't tried anything yet, but I have three I am trying out this week. I am so happy to finally have a realistic cookbook for those of us who aren't home baking pies all day!
