Book Review: Should have come with a manual.

Documenation on these CD's are totally inadequate. I found myelf not wanting to smoke....true enough. But I couldn't figure out if I was listening to the right CD or not (there was 3). The voice of the author is a little strange so perhaps I would have liked to feel a litte more connected to the author before he went into things.
I will be looking for another CD kit from another author. This CD kit has promise if the author would take this advice.

Our highly successful Stop Smoking Hypnosis Program consists of three stop smoking CDs.Stop Smoking Hypnosis Motivation, guides you through a series of relaxation techniques and suggestions, which will decrease your desire and increase your motivation to quit smoking - simply by listening to this relaxing hypnosis CD as you drift to sleep.
At the end of this first week, you will listen to The Stop Smoking Hypnosis Session. This hypnosis session will gently guide you into a very deep state of relaxation. You will only need to listen to this hypnosis session once, as you will be a Non-Smoker at the end of this session!
