Rachaels' philosophy and all-natural approach to different fitness levels, has been an extraordinary tool in my training. I bought the book in 1985, and still use it today. I'm sorry to hear it is not being published any longer, as I have recommended the book to many people....in any case...BRAVO!!!Book Review: Thank you!

Today, I'm 58, size 4 and run marathons but have lost muscle mass over the past couple of years due to menopause. Regardless of why, it's Rachel McLish to the rescue! I also bought this book many years ago and her other book, "Perfect Parts". The books cover everything from diet, training, mental attitude, as well as using great pictures for showing exercise techniques. I want to purchase another Flex Appell. ( I stupidly gave away my original one.)Book Review: excellent book
