Book Review: Learn Fitness from a Champion...
Summary: 5 Stars

Rachel McLish is a Great Champion, and is responsible for opening the world of bodybuilding to many Women. She is thoughtful in her tutorials and has tips for those who are not able to do a full workout, so that anyone can get the maximum benefit according to their potential.
Her routines are primarily based on dumbells, are easily done at home, and do not require access to a Gym.
Her fitness routines can be done by people of any age, and are very easily done while travelling. If you want a fitness regemin you can do for the rest of your Life... This is the One.

Book Review: Great Book!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I first purchased this book when it first came out (I believe it was in the 80's), I had just started body building. I used many of the exercises/techniques that Rachel demonstrates in this book. She not only describes correct form, but goes into diet (including great recipes) to getting ready for a body building show.. so this book covers from novice to advance body building. I just purchased this book for one of my co-workers who is starting to body build... I feel this book is a must have...especially if you are just starting out in this sport.

This is a wonderful book for those just getting into weight training, as well as a source of inspiration for those who have been training for years. Rachel not only explains how to train, but why it works and covers everything from exercises to routines to nutrition, as well as sharing a bit of her spiritual philosophy. You won't need a personal trainer after reading this book. An all-around GREAT book and I'm sorry to see it is out of print.

Book Review: great bodybuilding book
Summary: 5 Stars

Flex Appeal by Rachel McLish is the best introductory book I have read for female bodybuilding--it has great pictures and excellent tips on diet and motivation for exercise. I highly recommend this book to those interested in starting bodybuilding as an exercise form. I think it will be ashamed if the publisher no longer prints this book--I want to buy another copy whenever it becomes available again.
