Book Reviews of Fit for Life llBook Review: An important book -- not to be without! Summary: 5 Stars
For anyone who wants to have more knowledge about health, well-being, foods, etc, this is the place to start, especially if you don't have alot of knowledge to begin with. It covers all the important things and is presented in a no-nonsense, get to the point, manner, with lots of humor too, which makes the reading fun and easy. Even if you cannot apply all the knowledge it contains to your life, it is valuable information to know and the life changes you will make from it will come willingly and easily. The weight loss plan in this book is the only weight loss plan I've ever done in my life which was actually "fun" where I'd look forward to the next day instead of dreading it. There is no question at all that this book is a rare gem.

You are what you eat! Taking lightly? Give your body rest after you eat, because during nightly hours it is preoccupied by absorption of the goodies you put down there, while you sleep. Do you need a big "breaking the fast"? Heck no! When you awake, your body is still in the absorption mood of nutrients and needs fasting. But no: Then there comes down bacon, eggs, milk, and all, saucages and gravy, and the body in its wisdom says: "Hey we better store this for a rainy day!" Book Review: An absolute must read Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this book without knowing anything about it and I grew to love it. It is the MOST useful book I have ever bought. I'm losing weight and soon I'll look my best. My nails are not chipping anymore and are growing stronger. My hair is getting thicker. My acne is almost gone. I forgot the pains I had with every period. I feel great and I am happier than ever. My husband loves these chages in me and started to eat according to the proper food combining principle. My parents live in another country and do not speak English. Guess what. I'm translating this book for them. This should tell you something.
Book Review: An Excellent book on Health and Lifestyle Summary: 5 Stars
This book is on of the best books on health that I have read. I have lost 25 pounds and have more evergy than I have ever had following the principles. I think that everyone must keep in mind is that this book was written over ten years ago. Don't scrutinize every word that is said, but just step back and see the see the whole picture. When you do and start implenting the principles, you will become healthier, leaner and filled with vibrant energy. I agree with all of the concepts expect the one about not needing nutritional supplements. Maybe ten years ago, but today it's a necessity.

This book literally changed my life, I have been struggling with my weight for years now and never had the right education about a real fitness and lifestyle regime. I heard about "Fit For Life" through a family member who had read the books and had visably lost weight in two weeks. I recently started and i can honestly say ive never been happier , i look better , feel better , my skin is clear and im loving the exercise and the gym and my new life im smiling all day i would recommend this book to anyone and everyone BUY IT NOW
