Book Review: The Truth Unleashed

This is a great book with Harvey at times unleashing his full venom at the medical profession, food industry and fellow dieticians. He is speaking up for the truth and I happen to believe him. Why? Because I have tested and followed the Fit for Life principles myself and they work.
However before reading this book (which I call Fit for Life III), I would advise buying and following the principles laid out in the first two books i.e. Fit for Life and Fit for Life II. They are easier to read, gentler (probably because they were written in partnership with Marilyn!) and cover the essential dietary/lifestyle principles you need to follow.

A life saver..thats how I would like to start my review on Mr.Diamond's book. Its informative and it alows you to control your life once again..I did try the monodieting for 3 days and found it be great! And I m surprised bc I dont lose wt fast..I m one of those ppl who can gain a pound just by thinking of food! I felt lighter and more energetic after only 3 days!!This book carries the solutions to whole lot of problems we face in our daily lives from depression to obesity.Ppl will be doing themselves the biggest favour if they follow its principles and live their lives the way nature intended them to.Good luck!

I have all the Fit For Life books and am very glad that someone pointed them out to me. I started with the original FFL, then fell off the wagon, no fault of the book, as with most diets it just happened. This latest book though is a real eye-opener to the way we treat our bodies and what we can do to change that. The mono-diet makes perfect sense to me and I have decided to give it a shot for the sake of my health and fitness.Book Review: Fit for Life a New Beginning

This is a must read for anyone who is afraid to have cancer. Mr. Diamond gives you a lot of practical information to help you prevent this disease. Although the book is a few years old its information still is pertinant to today. This is a great book to read followed by his Fit for Life not Fat for Life.Book Review: Interesting Viewpoint

Product arrived in a timely manner, as advertised. The author has a faulty premise, in my opinion, but I'm not letting that deter me from going on to read what he has to say, primarily because I have gained many health advantages from utilizing his insights in previous publications.
