I purchased this before doing any research. It started out promising, but those promises started sounding a little too ideal---with not much fact to back it up. I've since read some critical reviews of the information and think much is based on fantasy. While I whole-heartedly agree with the author's disdain for much of the pharmaceutically-driven American medical philosophy, I'm not so sure this is ultimately much more sound. I think there must be better out there.
