Rating a book as 1 star because the price is too high is non-cents!
Did anyone who rated it for price ever hear about a library if they're impatient or wait until the paperback version comes out if they can wait to read it?
This book is a great read and worth the higher price. I didn't want to put it down which always rates a 5 star in my "book" (mindset).

Baldacci always delivers!!!! I have never been disappointed in any of his novels, and I have read them all. First Family will keep you reading from the first page. I really like the Sean/Michelle duo. Just waiting for them to hook up. But, Baldacci keeps us all guessing, along with the thrills and chills of this novel. My husband read the book and loved it. I am about 1/2 way through and don't like having to put the book down. I want to know what's going on, how come and I'm not the type to read the ending first. I am a Patterson fan, but Baldacci is also a great writer. They have different styles so I don't believe that enjoying both writers is a contradiction!!Book Review: Another winner by Baldacci

I read the book in one day. It's a great read, which is not to say it's better than other book by Baldacci, he's a master. I am a READER, I've always loved the written word. I have several authors I read. If they all had new books out at the same time and the books were sitting on a table I would start with the Baldacci.Book Review: Baldacci brings back King & Maxwell for another bestseller!

Baldacci does it again! Old characters with a new fresh plot. David continues his masterful ways of character development and an original roller coaster plot. First Family shows that he is still on the top of his game and among the best writers of action fiction. His fans can only hope that he continues to write.
