Book Review: Fabulous experience!

This is a must for anyone that has experienced anxiety, panic attacks or the negative stress caused by fear.
Dr. Jeffers keeps everything simple, compassionate, and motivating. Not an overload of psycho-babble. I have been listening to the CD's on the way to and from work. It is relaxing and keeps me motivated through the day. From the very first listening I started becoming aware of my fear-based behavior and have already made phone calls that I have been putting off, started a new exercise class, and am gaining a new confidence in "Feeling the fear and doing it anyway!" It is amazing!
I have purchased the paperback book to complement the discs. Dr. Jeffers actually is reading the book on the compact discs...so having both allow me to have the option of choosing one or the other wherever I am.
The simplicity of Dr. Jeffers format is the best I have ever used. I have bought copies for two friends and my sister. Actually, all of us, at one time or another, are fearful of moving out of our "comfort zone" to grow. We do not grow without moving into areas that illicit some fear.
Hope you will give this book or set of CD's a try. It is well worth the time and purchase price.
