I actually did read most of the chapters in this book (the ones that pertained to me in my stage of life, anyway). As all the Focus On the Family reference books, this one is terrific.
It presents every aspect of health - physical, mental, and spiritual - and explains how to take care yourself in each one. It also covers special issues like women's health, men's health, senior health, sexual health, sleep issues. It'a great manual for overall health and well-being, with a Christian slant on everything. I'll probably refer to it from time to time.
