hey ive read all you guys' reviews and im extreemely excited to start the program, but i have a question....when we have to consume smoothies can we use the dannonn lite n fit ones? theyre already made and range from 60-90 calories a serving. i just thought itd be easier than having to make it every morning so i can have it ready for my lunch break at work...has anyone tried it tht way, and did the program still work??

Book Review: Excellent Book Summary: 5 Stars
This was a wonderful book and I highly recommend it. The diet was easy to follow as long as you are committed to losing weight. I really like the fact that there are several pages of snacks that you can have each day (2 per day). The four small meals really do work and I was not hungry, in fact some days I could not eat everything that was allowed. The bottom line is that I lost 8 pounds in the first 2 cycles (2 week period).
Book Review: Great Diet, Great Book Summary: 5 Stars
I've tried a few of the popular diets, but this is the one for me. It spells everything out in such detail that you don't have to think about what you'll be eating. Just follow the book and you'll lose weight -- it's as simple as that! I've been very successful with this diet, and this book (the "Extreme" version) is much better and much easier to follow than the first book (the "blue" book). Good luck on your own diet!
Book Review: amazing Summary: 5 Stars
All I can say is this book is amazing. I finally have found a diet plan that works for me. In a month I have lost a total of 16 lbs. and I feel fantastic. I am truly blessed to have lost this much weight in such a short period of time, with no pills and tricks attached. I'm smashing the fat and learning how to eat healthy, with exercise and dedication. Looking forward to the results in another 60 days.

I like the common sense approach to Dr. Smith's book. I've only tried it a couple of days with a serious intent on doing it faithfully once I line everything up but the two days that I "trial" tried it, I noticed a difference in the way that I felt. I was dying on day one but remarkably on day two I felt really good and not really sore. Two a days are the key to making this work. Love it
