Book Review: Great Diet!
Summary: 5 Stars

I started this diet at the end of June and as of August 8th have lost 20 lbs. (even though I did not exercise each day for the amount of time suggested in the book). It is an easy diet to follow - comprised of good foods and even allowing you up to two snacks each day. I have completed one complete phase of the diet (having completed cycles 1,2 & 3) and am currently repeating these cycles as my goal is to lose another 10 lbs. My sister started the diet at the same time and has lost 18 lbs. to date. Both of us will definately follow the maintenance portion of this book after we have reached our target weight. This book is well worth the money!!

Book Review: DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY!!!

I lost 30 lbs in 11 weeks from his book THE FAT SMASH DIET! I have MAINTAINED that loss for 4 months!! Cheating and everything! But, I needed to lose about 10-15 more and was stuck. Since I feel like I can LIVE the way the FAT SMASH DIET book has me eating, I might as well try the EXTREME FAT SMASH DIET to just knock it out the box. Well, I KNOCKED IT OUT THE 13 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks! You have to be more disciplined on THIS book than the first book. But, if you did the first book, FIRST, then you ALREADY are disciplined!! So, it was easy for ME and I'm EXTREMEMLY HAPPY!!! Thanks Mr. IAN SMITH for your expertise!!

Book Review: Extreme Fat Smash Works!!!

I started this diet because I was soooo unhappy with myself. I had gained 106 pounds over a 3 year period and was done being fat and depressed. I did this diet during the summer for about 2 and a half weeks and the first week I lost 7 pounds and the next week I lost 7 pounds. I weighed 233 starting and ended at 219. This diet really works and gives you so much energy. Its hard to start eating every two hours but after about the first week you get in the swing of things. I'm planning on doing the diet again to lose more weight, I went on vacation and wasnt able to continue it..but I'm ready to weigh 130 pounds again!

The Extreme Fat Smash diet delivers on its promises of extreme weight loss. It is a wonderful plan that is very easy to follow. You simply eat what is out lined in the meal plans and do the exercise. In one month I lost 22 pounds. I urge anyone who is serious about losing weight to try this plan, but be warned you need to follow it to the letter to reap the maximum benefits of the plan. It was not hard to follow and you eat frequently enough that you don't get hungry. It's a really great tool for changing your eating habits! I recommend this book to anyone who is tired of struggling with there diet.

Book Review: Great book to break through the plateau

I had reached a plateau in weight loss, but this book helped me push through. The meal plans per day were clear and easy to follow. I am half way through week 2 and lost 4 in the first week, even with a little cheating with cheese fries. I am down a pants size and am continuing to lose. I was hungry the first few days, but my body has adjusted to the smaller portions 4 times a day and have no desire to pig out. This isn't just about fad dieting, I feel it has helped me learn more about foods that are good for your body and what an effect portion control and smaller meals have on your body.
