Book Review: EXTREME but effective !!!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a really EXTREME diet but it works. In the 3 first weeks of the program I lost 10 lbs. The first week was the hardest for me. Right now it's a lot easier (I've been doing it for 5 weeks now), I don't feel hunger anymore and it works really well.
The only thing I can't do is exercise twice in a day as is instructed for some days, but still I get results exercising once a day.

You have to do the exercise to get results, and follow the diet strictly, but it's definitely worth the sacrifice. When you weigh yourself and see the results that I thought were impossible for my age anymore. (I am 32 years old, and haven't been able to lose more than 1 lb. a week, even with exercise).

By the way, I think this is a great diet for those who are not such meat lovers as me. And for those who have a hard time making choices with what to eat. This is plain and clear.





Book Review: A Success for Me

I stand behind this book 110%! Over a year ago, I lost 22 lbs following this diet/exercise regimen and had to buy me a new book because I gave my book away. In fact, I am buying another book for the third time because I gave my book away twice! Many people are shocked by the way I look and ask what I did. I tell them about this book and they are like, "Really?" Yes, it's a book that is easy to follow and actually works! When I hear others mentioning the desire to lose weight and feel better, I immediately recommend this book. A co-worker of mine lost 10 lbs already. It's not easy at first -- you have to be fully committed and want to adopt a healthier way of eating. The reward is feeling so much better about yourself. You will find that not only do the inches begin to decrease all over your body, you feel healthier than ever! I recommend this book to anyone who is READY to lose weight and keep it off.

Book Review: excellent plan ACTUALLY WORKS

I actually followed this diet for three weeks and I actually lost 12 pounds. This diet WORKS if it is followed correctly! I followed the beta guidelines eventhough I'm probably more of an alpha (to give myself a little boost) and I usually ate 2 snacks a day, plus peanut butter during the two cycles that allowed it. I drank a bit more alchohol than I was supposed (only about 4 extra glasses all together) and I didn't exercise on rest days. The first couple of days I was pretty hungry, but now I can't even finish a whole bowl of oatmeal if I try! I was satisfied, energized, and mostly sooooo proud of myself the whole way through! I HIGHLY recomend this diet! The key is, though, you have to ACTUALLY follow it CLOSELY!

I am 5'7 and I started out at 135 and got down to 123 (I've been shooting for around 125 for a looooong time and just couldn't get there). Thank you Dr. Ian!!!!

Book Review: Awesome Book/Fast Results

Hello, This is the beginning of my third week doing the Extreme Fat Smash and I have lost 12 pounds as of today. I still have the rest of the week to go so instead of 12 pounds in 3 wks I am very confident it will be at least 15 by the end of the 3 weeks. I have learned so much in such little time. I feel great and am very excited to be on this program. Anyone interested or curious about this book, please do not hesitate to buy. I normally do not make comments or posts, but the results were too good to keep to myself and if I can help anyone make a decision to lose the weight, not hard at all, I have hardly even exercised which I need to start doing so I can have even more results. Just imagine. Its awesome and god bless and good luck to those who try the book. I am a very happy customer. Amen.

Book Review: Exactly What I Needed

I ran across this book in the grocery store and after browsing through it briefly knew it would really work for me. What I love about it is that each day is completely outlined--right down to the exercise recommendations. Also, there are no strange ingredients to buy or complicated meals to prepare. I'm a busy woman and don't have the time or patience for that.

I've completed the 3 cycles and lost 12 pounds. I've begun the 1st cycle again and am down another 2 pounds after 2 days. After "wishing" to lose weight for years, it's finally a reality. Along the way, I'm picking up great and healthy eating and exercise habits that will make it easy to keep the weight off long term.

All I can say is, "Thank you, Dr. Ian." This plan is just what I needed!
