If your interested in Dream Research and the different stages of sleep, check it out, it has some good info for you. And it is presented in a better language than most of the Dream Research books, written so any one can understand it.If you want to learn how to dream lucidly (I was able to do dream lucid before reading it I discovered) its worth every penny.

Most of what is in this book I had already read on the internet, but guess where that information came from? This is definitely the definitive work on Lucid Dreaming and a must have for any aspiring oneironaut.
If you've never had a lucid dream, you can't possibly understand what you are missing. This $8 book will change your life forever. Buy it.

By merely reading this book and being concious of the concepts, my frequency of having lucid dreams increased. My lucid dreams occurred frequently during adolescence and now they occur occasionally with little implementation of the techniques explained in this book. This book is definately the book of inspiration. I have been interested in lucid dreaming before reading this book, but after this book was read, I became even more interested in lucid dreaming. I have only had a few lucid dreams since reading this book, but with more practice, I believe I will have more lucid dreams anytime I want.
