I'm a huge fan of Giada's and watch her show religiously. I have tried several of her recipes, which are always straightforward and simple and produce stellar results. Giada's focus is on flavor, freshness and simplicity, and her love of good food is contagious.
Naturally, I have been counting the days until this book came out. My favorite recipes are here, plus so many more that I can't wait to try!
I would recommend that anyone try her recipes, which prove that it is not necessary to spend the entire day in the kitchen to produce fantastic, fresh and healthy food.
