Book Review: Wonderful book

I have many books / dvds on facial exercises and this is one of the best ones. I find her exercises gentle but very effective. With some of the other programs I noticed a lot of the exercises which focused on the neck (platysma?) muscle started to turn the corners of my mouth downward but I have not found this with Eva's program. Another great thing about her exercises is they have not given me any new wrinkles, especially if you dab on vaseline near the eyes like she recommends before the workout. I also do not experience any headaches or jaw pain which I had experienced with another program. I agree with the previous review that the book's small size is difficult to work with as it is easier to have the pages spread for easier access to the exercises. I will photocopy the exercises I like so they are in an easier format.
Another program I like a lot is Facial Magic. I think these 2 programs are similar in many ways but complement each other by adding different ways of targeting the same area. Both of these have been really helpful in eliminating naso labial folds. If that is one of your concerns then I can highly recommend either program as they both deal adequately with the zygomaticus muscle (which needs to be strong to prevent the sag). Another program which is similar and deals well with this issue is Maria Runge's book.
I have to say it is worth getting Eva Fraser's dvd because it shows the exercises being performed at the right pace and with the right form. I have both the book and her dvd and I couldn't be happier with the results.
