Energy for Life is full of gifts given to the people from the Creator/Spirit to bring balance, harmony, healing, inner peace and power, and wholeness to ourselves and each other. I didn't write this book for fame or fortune, or to be an author. I am merely the vessel the writings flowed through, a humble instrument of Spirit. Using the ways of living, being and healing described here I, with the help of Spirit, healed myself from CFIDS, fibromyalgia, hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism and asthma. This book was written for You, to help you learn and utilize simple, potent tools and techniques that facilitate healing and cultivate whole soul living. I hope that you don't need this book, but if you do, I hope it helps you become the healthy, whole, peaceful, powerful person you have the potential to become.
