Book Reviews of Ender's Shadow (Ender, Book 5)

Book Review: An AMAZING Ender-series Book
Summary: 5 Stars

Ender's Shadow by Orson Scott Card is a FANTASTIC book, because of its vivid details, the places I saw, and the different perspective on the world it showed me. This book is an absolute 5 out of 5 stars because of its uniqueness and it's the perfect paralled novel to Ender's Game. This Science Fiction book is all about Bean, the tiny boy who survived the ruthless streets and the cunning Battle School, who allied with perfect Ender and battled evil Achilles. Anyone who likes science fiction or has read the other Ender books will love this book. This book captured my attention and never let go.

Book Review: Wow!
Summary: 5 Stars

Wow!!! Orson Scott Card does it again. This series of books has got to be the best of all time. If you haven't read these books, you're crazy. Even if this isn't really the type of book you normally read, I would still give it a try becasue you'll probally surprise yourself and love them.

Book Review: Great story in it's own right
Summary: 5 Stars

Having read many of the card novels, I would say that the shadow series with this book the first is more powerful than the series with Enders as the central character. I loved Ender's Game but the exploration of Bean's personality deeper and more thoughtful. I resent one review that describe Bean as something of a second fiddle. To be second fiddle, you have to want to be first fiddle and it becomes clear that Bean wants to and is destined to play a different song.

Book Review: Amazing novel!!
Summary: 5 Stars

This book was just as good as Ender's Game. It told the same story, but the perspective used made it just as interesting as the first. Even if you read the story one after the other, it introduces so many different aspects that both stories can be very intriguing. I read this book after reading the Ender Quartet (Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind) and it was a great adventure back into the battle school.

10 out of 10

Book Review: Best book.
Summary: 5 Stars

This is by far the best book in the series. I have fallen in love with the character Bean. If makes normal people, such as i, feel very dumb sometimes. It's so hard to describe how much i like this book. It seemed completely natural for this book to happen. However, we don't really know if any of the other characters deserve a Parallel book, maybe they did! Anyway, I'm glad i read Ender's Game before i read Ender's Shadow.
