Great and easy to prepare receipts. Not only a cookbook, but some nice suggestions to making entertaining outdoors fun. First checked book out of library and after two weeks knew it would be a nice addition in the kitchen!

The minute the weather is warm enough, everyone wants to get outdoors. All that fresh air brings on an appetitie - and food always tastes better when eaten outside. For Elegant Al Fresco, try appetizers such as Pasta with Crayfish and Chile, Salmon and MAscarpone Cruble, or entrees such as Spiced Chicken with Pistachios and Caramelized Fruit. Follow these with Nectarines in Sambuca and Lime Juice or Blueberry Frangipani Tart. Family Spreads features simple dishes for the hungry hordes; for brunch or lunch try three ways with Crostini or refreshing salads like Herbed Black Bean and Avocado Salad.
