I received a copy of Easy Beans as a gift and it has been a fantastic source of new recipes for me and my family. The recipes are easy to make, healthy and they have been saving us money which is always a bonus. I found the tips on cooking beans helpful and when I'm in a hurry I can always use canned beans.
