Book Review: Keeping an eye out for a sequel

To start off with a bit of a clich?, it has been said not to judge a book by its cover. I did. The smug, alien lizard eyes couldn't help but draw my gaze from behind my head.
I read a lot (casual interests ranging mainly between fantasy and sci-fi of varying degrees), but it is mostly slow and deliberate, likely due as much to the perverse need to spot spelling errors as to see every word. Dragons Wild is be one of the exceptions, having been blazed through in less than a day with either very few spelling errors or a lack of interest in rooting them out.
This book now proudly sits on display at the forefront of my paperback library, undeserved chocolate milk stains notwithstanding, awaiting the arrival of its future siblings.
On a side note, the strangest mental link I've drawn to it is 'Gabriel Knight 1' (PC), but I'm sure it's just because of mythological stuff and New Orleans street musicians.
