The differnece for me has been night and day since I read this book. Any one who has a child or is an adult that has symptoms of ADHD must read it. It truly has changed my life. I feel so much better mentally and physically. I have actually lost about 15 pounds of fat since I changed my diet and my mental status is better than I can ever recall. It can help anyone butI especially needed to understand what was wrong with my actions and this book has it down to a science. I am very greatful for the honest and detailed information contained within. Knowledge is key and this book has plenty of it. Enjoy it and embrace it.

Dr. Bob is right. Our modern diet is the problem. Milk and Dairy should be limited or outright avoided when you have ADHD. I have noticed that I think much clearer since I read Dr. Bobs book. I highly recommend it. Something that is not commonly known is that people with ADHD have 2.5 times more glutamate in their brains than normal folks. Someone should look at that too. Millions of pounds of MSG, (Monosodium Glutamate) are put into modern processed foods. This can't be good. Natural foods are best for those with ADHD...and of course for everyone else too!

Dr. Bob's Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days is a terrific resource, not only for families of children w/ADHD, but for anyone wanting to improve their lifestyle naturally. Although it is geared towards treating the child with ADHD, it will overall improve the entire family's health, as it provides a wealth of great nutritional information! I would highly recommend anyone with a child with ADHD read this book, it will really get you thinking about what we are feeding our families, and what we should be eating. Anne Grein, Ste. I have personally met patients who have traveled across the nation to be helped by this extraordinary healer. By raising our awareness to this need to alter our diet, we ultimately can affect who we become as adults (and children).
