This book was probably THE most helpful book in understanding how to stay healthy that I have every come across. I picked it up briefly while at my chiropractor's office and immediately ordered it once I got home that same day. I've spent years picking up information hear and there and researching on what my body needs to become and stay more healthy. But the vast amount of conflicting and confusing information out there is overwhelming. Dr. Bob explained how the body works, what the body needs and how to help it based off of systems that everyone can relate to. All of this is done if very, easy-to-follow language. And for those of us not trained as doctors can appreciate that.
After changing my lifestyle I lost weight, became more active and generally feel better. Not only that, I understand, when I don't feel well, why, and know what to adjust to fix the problem.
In addition to Dr. Bob's book his website is amazing, with helpful videos, information and he's makes himself available to answer questions.
I am so grateful for having come across his book and I've also given as gifts to other women in my family.

Dr. Bob's thirty years of experience as a Natural Helathcare Provider has created a solid foundation for the time tested information that will help any female with hormonal issues. Dr. Bob's simplistic style will enable the reader to learn why they may be having challenges and provided natural drug free protocols without soy based bio-identical products or progesterone creams. Dr. Bob in very easy to under stand terms defines what hormones are and their role in optimal health. The reader will gain insightful information from his experience on how to improve all the endocrine glands including the thyroid, pituitary, hypothalamus and adrenal glands role in establishing optimal female health. Dr. Bob explains how to naturally detoxify the cleansing organs with simple procedures. There are areas that you can simply look at what you should do. The beauty of the book, you can read it, and do a self assessment of your own level of health prior to seeing the healthcare provider of your choice. Dr. Bob has included two special bonus Chapters on Weight loss and Male Hormones. Dr. Bob, with his clinical experience has developed a plan to improve the function of the hypothalamus and pituitary glands. The hypothalamus is the CEO of the body. It is being stressed today, and not sending all the vital information to the other organs. Improving this brain pattern function not only assists the female hormone circuit, it also assists the body in LOSING WEIGHT. A healthy body is a normal weight body. Dr. Bob has devoted one Chapter to Balancing Male Hormones. This is an enlightening Chapter. Dr. Bob has spent first hand experience with the Amish culture and has gleaned information that the readers will enjoy. You will read how you can restore normal body function, including those miserable hot flashes, tender breasts and heavy menstrual flow. Dr. Bob has coined a new word, "estrogen saturation". A common challenge in both male and female patietns is the role of estrogen in cellular health. Do you have little red cherry like bumps on your body? Do you have white spots on your nails? Is your left cheek spotlighting a bronze patch? Did you have your gall bladder out? All these items plus dozens more are important for your female health.
