Book Review: I couldn't put it down!
Summary: 5 Stars
Once I started reading this book, I found that I couldn't put it down. The writing style is accessible to virtually any audience. Each story is related directly to a pose or series of poses and some interesting thoughts and themes from the stories are given as things to think about while practicing these poses. I've found it very enjoyable to incorporate these thoughts and visualizations into my own yoga practice.
Since I have finished reading it, I have found myself going back to it several times to re-read sections and even just to enjoy the beautiful artwork dividing the chapters.
