My grandson and I read this book together; we also bought "Start Here," their follow-up book. "Do Hard Things" is written clearly and concisely, giving plenty of examples to support the points they make. It is written from personal experiences and observations by two young men who have their feet solidly on the ground. God bless their parents for the efforts they've made and values they're instilled in Alex and Brett. This book is all about how TODAY is preparation for TOMORROW, which is the REST OF YOUR LIFE. All of time and all of life is VALUABLE, so get UP and be a part of it. I whole-heartedly recommend this book to boys and to girls; it is an investment in their lives, and everyone will benefit if you read it together and discuss it. As an additional note, the Harris' travel around the nation giving conferences; go online and find one near you.
