I received my book in excellent condition. It was however 9 days past delivery cutoff. With consideration that it came all the way from the UK and USPS gets overwhelmed at Christmas I understand mistakes happen. On the other hand, my emails through amazon received a regurgitated computer response everytime. It was not until I emailed them through their own website that action was taken and they replaced my order and overnighted it through fed-ex. I appreciate that. Placed the order November 18, final delivery date was Dec. 14th, received order Dec. 23rd. If your having similar problems I suggest emailing them through their website with your name and amazon order#.
