Book Review: Slept like a Baby!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I drifted off into a deep sleep after listening to this tape. All the stress of the hectic day was elimiated from my mind and I got a deep and restful 8 hours of sleep. I highly recommend this problem.

Book Review: Worth the money...

I've enjoyed listening to this CD. It is more effective if you use headphones. Most of the time, I'm asleep before I'm to the middle of the CD. I'm not completely sure if the lucid dream part works with my brain, however, I have noticed a change in my dreams. I am now experiencing more clarity to my dreams and feeling emotion when dreaming about current dilemmas and how I need to resolve them.

Book Review: Somewhat Disappointed

I have another CD by Glenn Harrold and I was disappointed in this one because it was too much like the first one I purchased. I was expecting some different imagery and basically got the same imagery that was in the first cd.
However, I do find his voice soothing. I love the accent and it is a calming cd.

Book Review: Got me sleepy, but didn't fall asleep

I have never tried a sleep CD or anything like it before, but I've had trouble falling asleep my entire life so thought it was worth a try. I read a bunch of reviews of people who said this really worked for them. I tried this several nights in a row and never did I fall asleep during the audio. However, the breathing exercises and suggestions were good for helping me get relaxed. Each time I was able to fall asleep on my own without too much effort after the recording was over.

Book Review: Best Sleep I've had in years

I have had difficulty sleeping for about two years. I have used this CD for 10 days now and I have had wonderful sleep for each one of them. I listened to it for three nights straight. I didn't need it the fourth night. One night I did wake up and I used it to go back to sleep. I wish I had tried hypnosis sooner.

I do understand that some people might be distracted by his voice and the echo sound effects of his voice. It did not bother me. If you need help sleeping it is really worth a try. I do use headphones (earbud type) and tell myself as he is starting that I will take them out of my ears the first time I roll over. That suggestion had worked for me. Good luck.

*An update after more than a year (Nov 07). This is still working for me. Now, I especially like track two, which deals with nightmares (Lucid Dreams). You either change the content to something non scary or wake yourself up, and then go back to sleep. Frankly I did not listen to this track for a long time because I thought it was silly and would not work. But at some point I gave it a try and it was helpful. I would guess I listen to it about once a month. And I never listen to the other track anymore, I no longer need it.

In addition my youngest child (13) started having trouble sleeping. I suggested she use Deep Sleep, a typical teenager, she protested loudly. But she got desperate and gave it a try and it works for her. My nineteen year old uses it too. I hope others find it as helpful as my family has!
