As a relatively young Valentino fan, I've searched far and wide for a biography worth reading that would truly detail Rudolph's life and not just assume a mess of things that might have happened. This was a great read, very informative and beautifully written. It takes you back into the glamorous world of the 1920s and the beginnings of the superficial and scandalous world of Hollywood. Emily Leider leaves you with enough information to make reasonable assumptions as to some of the things that might have happened in Rudolph's life. It's a mesmerizing book and ideal for any Valentino fan in search of the truth behind his life.
