Book Review: This Silly Little Monkey Is Timeless!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
I really enjoyed reading that so many of the other reviewers used this book as party favors, treat bag gifts, etc. - that sums up how universal Curious George is and that he'll be accepted with open arms by all children and their parents. I buy copies of this specific adventure routinely, as kids I do volunteer work with love getting the birthday theme on their own birthdays. Just great, great fun, and if I may add a personal note...my son is autistic, and this is one of his favorite characters. There's something very sweet and non-threatening about these stories, no matter what kind of pickle George finds himself in, and I think that this is so nice in a world where all the Disney movies seem to start and/or end with the death of a major character. What's up with that???? The Monkey Rocks!!!!
