Customer Review: Best Relaxation CD EVER and here's why
Summary: 5 Stars
(1) Glenn Harrold (who has a pleasant English accent) speaks with the aplomb and control of a professional actor. Also, he is obviously a talented person with very high standards and impeccable integrity.
(2) Glenn Harrold (a professional musician and hpynotherapist) wrote, performed, and recorded all of the background music as well as the words in a completely integrated way.
(3) Use of music is very limited, coming near the beginning and end of two approximately 28 minute segments. Total time: about 59 minutes.
(4) The CD can be listened to as many times a day as you like, and you will still benefit and not be bored.
(5) The suggestions given, though some are lofty, seem eminently practical and make the CD an amazingly efficient use of your time. In other words, if you're going to spend time completely relaxing, why not be told things which will help you accomplish more with less effort during your regular activities - i.e. live a better life?
(6) The CD is designed to produce a feeling of inner peace and calm that will stay with you after the CD is finished. It achieves its goal.
(7) The suggestions are not obtrusive. If you've exhausted, you can still listen and benefit. He even tells you it's not necessary to pay conscious attention to his words.
