I enjoyed this book very much. I found it extremely funny and entertaining. I actually laughed out loud on several occasions. If you want to read about funny drug smuggling mishaps, the breaking out of several jails, banditos shooting at each other, stealing airplanes to run from government agencies, the semi-stalking of Tina's father by "Mr. Quark"...Then, I highly recommend this book. You will not be sorry you started it and I promise you will be entertained. I believe I will read - In Search of Captain Zero next.Book Review: laugh out loud

I read this for the first time on a plane trip to somewhere. Laughed out loud the entire book. Am reading again to get myself into the mood for his new book coming out this fall. Cannot wait - but in the spirit of the Don Juan law: anything that can go wrong already has and will be that way forever - so you never know. Some bandito may off him and steal the book before it comes out. If that doesn't make sense to you - you gotta read the book to know what it means. Super entertaining book! Easy read. I truly laughed out loud when reading it. I don't know of any other books I can say I did that. It is refreshing to read a book that isn't cerebral and deep. This book touches on the quantum theories in an extremely humorous and entertaining way. This was a great book that was inventive and hilarious throughout. The characters are fantastically fabricated. It's designed to be read by the same type of person that the book revolves around, namely a suburban father, who become the inspiration for the primary protagonists' newfound religeon. I was so pleased to see that this book was back in print I almost bought a new copy, even though I still have a (now rare and expensive) original on my bookshelf. Cosmic Banditos is perhaps the funniest book I've ever read, full of goofball action, drug running, and quantum physics.Buy this, buy it now. You won't regret it!
