"Oh, my gosh, this is a gorgeous book! It's Contact: The Yoga of Relationship by Tara Lynda Guber with Anodea Judith, photography by Norman Seeff, foreword by Deepak Chopra, preface by Anthony Robbins. Author Tara Guber and her family are among the limber and, if I do say so, "lit from within" subjects of the absolutely amazing photographs of Contact Yoga - Guber was a founder of this yoga-for-two technique - that comprise the stunning visuals in the book. She writes, '...the objective in Contact Yoga is not to mirror the perfect form of an ancient discipline...In fact, it's quite the opposite. It's about crossing barriers and boundaries, bold exploration, trial and error, exciting creativity, spontaneity, and invention. But more than anything else, Contact Yoga is about fun.'
