Another excellent book in the Halo series. I bought this one from Amazon.com as Amazon.co.uk (where i had it pre-ordered) e-mailed to say they will not be selling it.
The strange thing is that the book was delivered from Germany.
So any UK based fans wishing to buy this book, just get it from Amazon.com.
Can't wait for the next instalment.

For true Halo fans and scifi lovers alike, this novel is a fantastic backdrop. If you've never played Halo or just want more backstory, its a great sci-fi/warfare read. This entails the background of Avery Johnson, how he came to encounter the covenant for the first time along with the rest of the planet Harvest. Building intrest in the characters all the way through, it climaxes to a touching ending that sets a somber view into the beginning of sorrows for mankind at the hands of the covenant. Many of the people writing these reviews do not seem to be aware that Joseph Staten wrote the story for the game. He is of course the most qualified to write a book on the subject. Granted, I'm sure others had input in the story for the actual game, but he was the primary writer.Book Review: If you like Halo this book is a must
