Book Review: The least user-friendly software

I have worked in computer industry for over 20 years, and have never seen a piece of software that is so difficult to install. The customer support people sent me to the education software support people, who never returned calls or emails. Make sure you have an IT consultant installing the software for you... for a software that costs more than $110, this is not acceptable.
