This book is wonderful! My students love the stories. Comprehension Cliffhangers help students, not only with comprehension and vocabulary, but also their writing! I use it weekly. As a teacher, I find students have no problem creating, for example, an adventure story but they often have trouble writing an ending that leaves the reader satisfied. This book gives students the opportunity to be creative and think of their own ending but also compare and contrast their ending with that of the authors.
