I enjoy all of Glenn Harrold cds that I have purchased and this is no different. His voice is most soothing, helping you to reach a true meditative state of relaxation. Book Review: Mostly good

Glenn Harold's recording is effective. The music/recording methods generally help the hypnotic process, but sometimes the sound effects are a little overdone and can be distracting.
